What is Flosend?
Flosend is a Chrome extension that works inside WhatsApp Web. It lets you extract contacts from your WhatsApp groups and send personalised bulk messages from your own WhatsApp number, without the WhatsApp Business API or per-message charges.
How do I extract contacts from a WhatsApp group?
Open WhatsApp Web with Flosend installed, choose the group from the Flosend panel, and click extract. The member numbers are listed instantly and you can download them as a CSV/Excel file. You must be a member of the group.
How do I send bulk WhatsApp messages without the API?
Install Flosend, open WhatsApp Web, select a group or upload your contact list, type your message, add personalisation, and press Send. Flosend sends the messages one by one from your own number with gaps between them.
Is Flosend free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you send 15 messages every day at no cost and without a card. For unlimited messages choose Monthly at ₹399 per month or Lifetime at ₹3,999 one-time.
What is the difference between the Monthly and Lifetime plans?
Both give unlimited messages and all features. Monthly costs ₹399 and renews every month. Lifetime is a one-time payment of ₹3,999 — the price of about ten months — and never expires.
Can my WhatsApp number get banned?
Yes, it can. WhatsApp may restrict numbers that send unsolicited bulk messages. To lower the risk, message only people who know you, avoid sending too many messages too quickly, and personalise your text. For high-volume campaigns, use the official WhatsApp Business API.
What happens if my number gets banned?
You can register a replacement WhatsApp number on your licence, up to three times a month. A number that has been replaced cannot be added back later. Your plan and remaining validity stay the same.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Business app?
No. Flosend works with normal WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business app through WhatsApp Web. You do not need API approval, a Meta business verification or per-message payments.
Can I use Flosend on more than one computer?
One licence works in one browser at a time. To move it, use the regenerate-key option inside the extension and enter the new key in the other browser. It cannot run in two places at once.
Does Flosend work on my phone?
No. Flosend is a desktop Chrome extension and works with WhatsApp Web on Windows, Mac or Linux computers. Your phone only needs to stay connected to WhatsApp as usual.
Is my data safe? Do you store my contacts or messages?
Your contacts and messages stay in your browser. Flosend's server only stores your email, licence key and registered WhatsApp number.
How do I pay, and is payment secure?

Can I get a refund?
